Our Rippled Sycamore boards are made by hand in Norfolk. They are made from a storm fallen tree that was ‘rescued’ from Halesworth in Suffolk. The Holm Oak is resistant to salt-spray so are often planted as windbreaks in coastal areas, however they can’t tolerate frost and suffer in hard winters.
