Bees. We really need our bee population and making a little space for them in your garden that they can call home is a simple way to help your local bee population to get a foot on the housing ladder. Each block is cast in concrete in Cornwall using 70% waste material from the Cornish China clay industry. These make homes for solitary bees which don’t produce honey or have a queen to protect so they’re not ‘aggressive’ bees. A great gift for any human wanting to do a little something for the natural world [also available in charcoal].
Colour: White
Size: 65mm x 70mm x 105mm.
Homewares for birds? Yes! When we saw these it made sense to add these stylish accessories for gardens to the collection. These Birdhouses have been meticulously researched and designed by wildlife lovers in Cornwall and slipcast in the UK. They're designed to be sympathetic to the natural shape of a birds nest with a hole that is just the right size for a homemaking Blue Tit, Coal Tit or Long-tailed Tit, whilst preventing predators from getting in. And they attach easily with a simple hanging stainless steel cable to any branch.
Colour: white ceramic
Size: diameter 180mm. Entrance hole 25-28mm
Notes: each Birdball comes boxed with assembly and maintenance details enclosed
