When we receive your order you will receive confirmation of the order [this begins the Purchase Contract] clearly stating:
- what you have ordered
- the total cost of your order
- delivery and returns information
- ontact information
- If your order is placed on a Friday or over the weekend, please note that it will be processed on the following Monday.
Orders can be placed using most major credit and debit cards.
We handle all orders ourselves and take great care when wrapping and packaging your things.
This is stating the obvious…but we need to say it anyway.
We are very proud of the fact that the majority of our collection is made and crafted by hand. These are not mass-produced items, often they bear the marks of the makers that have worked them and irregularities are part of the unique beauty and individuality of the pieces. Please do consider this when you are ordering. No two things are identical, sizing will be very close but not exact, colours highly similar but not precise. It is exactly this variation that gives each piece such personality and value. We hope you will agree.
Accuracy of information:
We will endeavour to ensure accuracy across the website at all times but accept that occasionally there may be mistakes (we’re human after all!). Please accept that any errors are absolutely unintentional.
However, if goods are no longer in stock, if there is a pricing error or a delivery issue, we will let you know as fast as we can. We will suspend your order, contact you about the changes and wait for your agreement to go ahead.
Shipping is based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. We use a combination of Royal Mail and Interlink couriers depending on the size of the parcel. We have tried to keep this as simple and straight forward as possible.

We will do our best to ensure that you receive your goods within the estimated time for each product [note: delivery dates are approximate only.] Goods are subject to availability however and we cannot be held responsible for costs incurred as a result of delays outside of our control.

It goes without saying that we hope you will be delighted with your order when they arrive but we also understand that sometimes things aren’t quite as you had imagined. We will issue a full refund on items that are returned to us WITHIN 14 DAYS of being received by you, providing they are are in an unused condition and in original packaging.
It is essential that you do the following:
- Please do not use the items or damage the packaging. Goods MUST be returned in original packaging, in saleable condition.
- Please EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY email@example.com letting us know that you intend to return an item/items. This terminates the Purchase Contract.
- We will refund the full amount that you paid for the goods but please note: delivery costs are non-refundable. The original delivery charge and the cost of returning unwanted goods is your responsibility.
- lease make sure that you obtain ‘proof of postage’ from the Post Office when returning anything to us.
If you use the product or if the packaging is damaged, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund.
We really hope this won’t happen…but if you do find that goods are faulty please EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can do our best to put it right. If we are able to replace the item we will do so as fast as possible, alternatively a refund will be made in full. You will not incur delivery charges where goods are deemed faulty.
Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving it.
Purchase of items sold during any 'sales' is final. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on Sale items.
We will respect your privacy and will protect any information collected.
We register your details through sales and enquiries to our newsletter. Your name, email and postal / delivery address (and phone number when relevant) will be the information we save and will only be used to fulfil your order and send you information about our company where agreed by you.
We will not sell or disclose any personal information to third parties although, where there is a legal obligation to do so, personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
You will only receive marketing information from us in relation to Simple Shape and you can choose not to receive our mailings by clicking unsubscribe from the newsletter email at any time.
